Cynthia Garcia is the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Engineering & Safety for UNS Energy, the second largest subsidiary of Fortis, Inc. Ms. Garcia has held multiple leadership positions across UNS, spending the last 18 years in Transmission & Distribution Operations, most recently as the Vice President of Energy Delivery. Her current responsibilities include engineering, information technology, cyber and physical security and corporate safety to support the electric, gas and communication systems across the state of Arizona. Ms. Garcia's accomplishments include the development and implementation of TEP's first residential solar program and TEP's enterprise field mobility program.
