Ambassador Leslie earned an Industrial Arts diploma in 1982 and a Business Associate's Degree in 1985. He also attended Loyola University in New Orleans, where he received degrees in Communications and Political Science. Ambassador Leslie currently serves as the Cabinet Secretary and Chief of Staff, in the Office of the Prime Minister of Belize. Prior to this appointment which occurred on 23rd November 2020, he served as Chief of Staff to the Leader of the Opposition of Belize and PUP Party Leader Hon. John Briceño.
